I started this company because I saw a serious gap in the home construction world here in Utah. Plenty of contractors dabbled in basements, but very few specialized in basement finishing from start to finish. Homeowners were stuck trying to juggle designers, electricians, plumbers, framers, and inspectors—and often ended up frustrated with delays, miscommunication, and hidden costs.

I knew there had to be a better way. So I built a company that focuses exclusively on basement remodeling. A company that handles everything—design, permits, framing, drywall, electrical, flooring, and finishing touches. No confusion. No cut corners. Just clear communication, honest pricing, and quality craftsmanship.

Today, we’re proud to be one of Utah’s leading basement finishing companies. We’ve completed hundreds of projects across Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, and Utah Counties.
